Some love stories begin with sparks - Liana & Kevin’s began with coffee. They met in 2018 at the University of Kentucky, working closing shifts together at Starbucks. Friendship quickly turned into something deeper, and after Kevin left for an engineering internship, the two began dating.

A Sunset Proposal in Mauritius

In May 2022, while on a family trip to Mauritius, Kevin pulled off the surprise of a lifetime. On a quiet beach at sunset, a champagne bottle and coconut sat in the center of a heart drawn in the sand. Inside the coconut was the ring Kevin had been hiding for six months. On one knee, he asked Liana to marry him. She said yes, and the family celebrated with a private, flower-adorned dinner by the ocean.
